McLaughlin & McLaughlin, P.C., was founded in 1972 by Chester R. McLaughlin. The goal was to represent clients in a professional and diligent manner with an area of concentration in personal injury and real estate. Thirty-five years later, the firm is now recognized as one of the leading personal injury firms in Southeastern Massachusetts, providing legal counsel in a variety of practice areas including automobile accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, workers’ compensation and construction injuries.
